I’m Fiona Haulter Abbott, PE, a development advisor with more than 20 years of experience in Nashville and across the Southeast.

I’ve guided land and redevelopment projects—including mixed-use, office, retail, and residential—through feasibility, rezoning, entitlements, and infrastructure challenges that directly shape site value and long-term outcomes.
